SEPHLI Award Winner Receives Man of the Year Award in Morganton, NC

Mr. David Rust, Burke County, North Carolina Health Director and 2005-2006 SEPHLI Scholar, has been recognized as "Man of the Year" in his home town of Morganton.   Although his good deeds, talent, and leadership are widely noted (including his NC know-how in fixing good barbeque), he has been recognized for the impressive work he has accomplished with running a Good Samaritan Clinic.  This work was also his final project for SEPHLI - and the Leadership Project Award winner in the Assurance category.
