public health professionals from the Southeast and
South Central United States reunited at the Inn at
Berry Hill in South Boston, Virginia to participate

renowned public health experts, increase opportunities
for networking, and further build upon leadership
skills learned at the previous December retreat in
addition to a focus on organizational development.
Topics during the spring retreat include:
- Crisis Communications
- MBTI / FIRO-B Self-Assessments
- Negotiation & Conflict Resolution
- Team-Building
- Visioning & Futuring.
SEPHLI is very proud to welcome Keith Caver of Development
