Hanover District Team Model selected by NACCHO

NACCHO (National Association of County and City Health Officials) has selected an "Interdisciplinary Team-Based Model for Local Public Health Practice" submitted by the Hanover Public Health District of the VA Department of Health as a "Promising Practice". The Model will be part of an online Model Practices database in July. Congrats to Dr. Ted Tweel, District Health Director (SEPHLI - Class #1) and the Hanover District Team.
