Jennifer McCracken
Health Services Manager
Catawba County Public Health
North Carolina

Jennifer McCracken is the Health Services Manager for Catawba County Public Health, overseeing all clinic and community-based services for the agency.  After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from UNC – Chapel Hill, she started her career as a Registered Nurse at UNC Hospitals in Orthopedics/Trauma in 1997. 

Jennifer joined Catawba County Public Health in 1998 as a Child Care Health Consultant, serving all registered child care centers in Catawba County.  In 2001, she was promoted to Children’s Services Program Manager, managing all children’s programs for Catawba County Public Health.  Recently, she was named Health Services Manager and now provides leadership to all midlevel nurse managers and staff nurses (excluding Home Health) at Catawba County Public Health. 

Jennifer is married to Duane McCracken and has a 23 month old daughter, Kate.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in church activities, assisting her husband in teaching Sunday School, and scrapbooking.
