Leonadi Ward has been working these last five years with Daniel Martin in exploring the impacts of Dialogue on the ability of Local Public Health Agencies to communicate more effectively, not only internally, but especially with the communities they seek to serve. Among other things, this work is based on the belief that enhancing communication skills is essential to the practice of community based health initiatives.

Previous to this career, his professional background has included 20 years in the private sector running his own business, and a lifelong spiritual quest, significant experience in community building, and more recently the exploration of our need and desire as a species to make meaning from our experience.

Born and raised in Southern California, Leonadi graduated from Stanford University, was married for 22 years, and has two beautiful daughters.
