Rebecca Setliff, PhD
Rebecca Setliff, PhD, founded Setliff and Associates
to help organizations develop and maintain a capable, productive
workforce. She understands how people work together, how
organizations are managed, and how leaders can dramatically
affect group outcomes. She has extensive experience consulting
with corporations, government agencies, and non-profits to
design and implement executive, management, and professional
development curricula, and she works with companies to find
solutions to improving workplace performance.
Dr. Setliff is no stranger to learning in the business environment.
She spent several years managing executive education centers
at both the Goizueta Business School, Emory University in
Atlanta, and the Katz Graduate School of Business, University
of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh. During those years she worked
collaboratively with diverse organizations to provide high
quality learning opportunities to their workforce's, and
she honed her facilitation skills in the executive education
classroom. In addition she has international experience and
knowledge gained from several years directing the Language
and Culture Institute at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Setliff has strong relationships with talented, ethical,
and experienced consultants who assist with her clients as
necessary and appropriate.
