Master's Programs at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health:
- Public Health Leadership
Program: 39 credit MPH to prepare public health practitioners
for leadership roles.
- Executive Program
in Health Policy and Administration: MPH (39 credits)
and MHA (51 credits) to prepare managers for healthcare
settings.
- Certificate
in Core Public Health Concepts: 12-credit hour program
of study. The content is the same as the core content taught
in UNC's masters of public health programs. All courses
have been specially designed and developed for delivery
via the Internet. Students will be able to register, receive
materials, interact with faculty, and successfully complete
this program without traveling to the campus. A connection
to the Internet is all that is required! The five courses
that comprise the certificate program are core courses required
for all masters of public health programs, both residential
and via distance learning. Credits can be transferred to
masters program, dependent upon the procedures for the particular
program.
