What do they have in common? It’s simple. They all improve with age.
The Southeastern Public Health Leadership Institute (SEPHLI) is proud to announce the celebration of ten years of contribution to public health leadership development in the southeastern United States. Throughout the past decade, SEPHLI has welcomed the privilege of coaching more than 350 senior and mid-level managers in leadership skills to improve public health. While the program has improved over time, the fundamentals have stayed the same: to enhance leaders’ skills, to foster networks of public health leaders, and to strengthen relationships between public health practitioners and scholars.
The final evaluation for SEPHLI's Year 10 class indicates that the 33 scholars who graduated were extremely happy with their overall experience in the program. Scholars strongly indicated that they would recommend the SEPHLI program to colleagues, citing enhanced perspective, increased awareness and understanding of leadership styles, and development of professional networks.
